Member registration

Registration is required when ordering products.
Registration is free, and there are no joining fees or annual membership fees after that.



·credit card
Payment method can be selected from lump sum payment, installment payment, and revolving payment.
If you order a course reservation or reserved product, it will be settled on the spot. 



・Shipping fee
Products will be shipped by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
The shipping fee will be 1,500 yen (tax included) nationwide.

·gift wrapping
We do not provide wrapping service.

Estimated delivery time varies depending on the order completion time, but in principle it will be shipped as follows. (excluding pre-order sales)
If your order is completed before 12:00 noon on weekdays, it will be shipped the next day.
If your order is completed after 12:00 noon on weekdays, it will be shipped the day after next.
If your order is completed on Sundays and holidays, it will be shipped on the next business day.
*If the correct address is not entered, it may not be processed properly.
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are in stock according to the delivery schedule stated on each product page.

Order cancellation/change

In principle, we cannot accept cancellations, order changes, additions, payment method changes, or combined shipping after an order has been confirmed.



Regarding the return and exchange of products, we have decided as follows.

・If the product you purchased is defective
If there is a defect or defect in the product you purchased, after confirming the defective part with a photograph, we will promptly exchange or refund.

・Please contact customer support ( within 7 days of receiving the product and return it. Please note that we cannot accept returns after 8 days from the arrival of the product.
・We will bear the shipping fee for returning the product. Please send it by cash on delivery.
・In the unlikely event that the same product is out of stock, a refund will be given.
*We cannot accept returns for products that show signs of use, missing tags or accessories, or products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.
*Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience (different image, wrong order, etc.).
